New Group Fitness Classes

Been enjoying the group fitness classes as your newest membership perk? We have some new additions to the schedule so you can get swole every day!

Gymnastic Movement | Thursday 7:15-8:00am
This new class will focus on increasing strength and mobility through gymnastics-based workouts with an emphasis on increased shoulder and core strength to improve climbing. Participants can expect 10-15 mins of stretching and improving flexibility and 30 minutes of conditioning circuits with gymnastic movements.

Recovery | Tuesday 6:30-7:15pm
This class will be your one-stop shop for body recovery and perfect after a grueling climbing session or workout.
We will use tools such as trigger point balls, foam rollers and resistance bands to focus on myofascial release and increasing mobility.

High Intensity Interval Training | Monday 7:15-8:00am & Tuesday 5:30-6:15pm
Research shows that alternating short bursts of intense activity with low intensity recovering periods improves aerobic capacity, endurance, and burns more calories than steady cardio. Come prepared for an intense 45 minutes of alternating exercises that will keep your muscles guessing and heart pumping.

Lunch Crunch | Monday-Friday 12pm-12:45
Enjoy our full body lunch crunch on Tuesdays and Thursdays? This popular 45-minute class will now be held Monday-Friday to get you past that mid-day slump.
