SLC Birthday Parties

Birthdays are a life milestone worth celebrating and we provide the ideal venue for your next party! Take the hassle out of the planning and let us take care of the setup, clean up, entertaining and all the details in between. All you need to do is book the package that works best for you and we will handle the rest! 

Our parties are hosted in a private climbing space with seating for the group. Staff will lead participants through a variety of games and lessons that introduce them to the basics of climbing. They will have the opportunity to participate in bouldering activities along with top rope climbing, giving them a little taste of everything. We aim to get them comfortable and confident on the wall so they leave wanting more. All party goers will be provided with climbing instruction, gear rentals and a party favor for a super fun time! 

While the kids work with the instructors, parents are encouraged to mingle, dine and relax in the lounge area of Rumsy’s. Here the adults can get a bite to eat, enjoy the view and even grab a brew while the kiddos are entertained by our staff.

Party Times

Saturday and Sunday

10 a.m.-12 p.m. | 1-3 p.m. | 4-6 p.m.

The Schedule

Our birthday parties are two hours in total and include:

30 minutes – climbing versions of classic kids games

1 hour – climbing instruction with Front instructors

30 minutes – presents, food and party time!

Booking a Party With Us

« You can book in person, online at one of the buttons above, or call us at 866-662-3529

« A 25% deposit is required on all reservations. The remaining balance is due the day of the event. If for any reason you must cancel your event, you will forfeit your deposit. A seven day notice is required to reschedule parties. 

« Email events@thefrontclimbingclub.com for parties with over 20 climbers or for parties outside of our normal hours

« We also host parties for adults, graduations or any other celebration – please email for details and questions

The Details

« Arrive at the front desk a full 15 minutes before your party starts

« Every parent must have completed a waiver for every child – if the parent or guardian is attending the party, they also must fill out a waiver

« No piñatas or balloons allowed

« Bring your own food for no additional fee

« Let your guests know to wear pants or shorts that can allow for movement when playing games and climbing

« Gratuity for party host greatly appreciated, but not required
