Headstand workshop w/ Brian Foreman (12-2 p.m.)
Śīrṣāsana or “headstand”, often referred to as the king of all āsanas, is one of the most important postures of a yoga practice. The total shift in perspective that characterizes this inversion can be quite intimidating and challenging, and requires a balance of humor, regal confidence and dignified nobility.
In his teaching, Brian Foreman blends his interests and experiences in yoga, yoga philosophy, meditation and mindfulness in a way that is accessible to all. All levels welcome.
