Third Tuesday Member Meetups

Front members, old and new, join us on the third Tuesday of every month from 7:30pm - 8:30pm at Rumsy's on the third floor for a member or expert-led discussion on varying interesting topics!.

Expect free chips and salsa, $2 beers and tacos and mingling! These gatherings are the perfect opportunity to meet new friends and climbing partners.

1st & 3Rd Wednesday Ladies Climbing Night

Our Ladies Climbing Night is hosted by the wonderful, self-organized Females of The Front (FOTF) group. They meet on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday’s of the month from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.

Meet at the couches east of the ping pong tables. All skill levels are welcome!

December ABD Clinic

At The Front, ABDs will be required for all belaying starting on December 1.

On December 18 from 5 p.m. - 8 p.m., representatives from Petzl and Beal will be in the gym to provide devices for demo, education and to answer any technical questions.

Ski & Snowboard Conditioning Program (Online)

Feel exhausted those first few weeks on the mountain? Every year, do you say that you’ll get in shape for skiing/snowboarding sooner? Then this training program is for you! FTR Coach, Erin Storck, designed this program to improve your strength and stamina and to get you more prepared for ski/snowboard season. It will also teach you better body awareness, movement patterns and mobility/stretching techniques to stay injury free this season. This do-at-your-own-pace 6-week program includes 4 workouts per week: two strength workouts and two aerobic-based workouts.

Youth Winter Climbing Camp

Rather than having the kids at home climbing the walls over winter break, have them come climb our walls! Our half-day holiday camp is a great way for the kids to get out, exercise and have fun during winter break.

This year we will be offering two 2-day camps. Our first session will be held on December 26 and 27 and our second session held on January 1 and 2. Camp will run from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. each day and welcomes participants of all skill levels. We provide all the necessary equipment as well as a daily snack.
