Yoga Teacher Training is for all levels of practitioners who would like to learn more about yoga. You will make new friends, gain exposure to the roots of yoga, and deepen your own practice. We’ll focus on Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Forrest and Restorative yoga. Even if you don’t plan on teaching, our in-depth training will fine-tune your understanding and give you plenty of practice with various modalities of yoga. The instructors will ensure you learn how to teach basic classes and that get plenty of experience teaching others before the program concludes.

This 300-hour weekend-only program will offer insight into the inner workings of the mind according to yogic philosophy with studies of ancient yogic texts and practices such as meditation, special breathing, and cleansing techniques.

We will take a comprehensive look into human anatomy as it pertains to yoga asana, including a hands-on anatomy lab.
You will also learn some basics of the Sanskrit language and learn about Ayurveda, the sister science to yoga pertaining to bodily health.

Our teachers, Rebecka Cooper, Sammy Brown, and Sarah Jane each have extensive trainings with master Yoga teachers and have a collective 29 years of experience teaching. You can read their bios on the Yoga Teacher Training webpage.

Register by May 30th to save $300 on our incredible Yoga Teacher Training.
